The Effects of Litigant Behavior: Usenet.com Liable for Infringement

Yesterday, Usenet.com and its owner, Gerald Reynolds, were found liable for direct infringement, inducement of infringement, contributory infringement, and vicarious infringement and discovery misconduct.
